Refunds

Cancel up to 60 minutes after the start time for a full refund, for example if your babysitter is unable to come. If the booking is cancelled by your babysitter in the app, the refund is automatic. For other issues, contact support within 24 hours after the booking ends. We’ll forward your refund request to your babysitter for approval.

Paid upfront

Pay when you book and get a receipt for every booking. Your babysitter usually receives the payment 24 hours after the booking ends.
